- D3/polytechnic/S1, min 3 years experience in manufacturing, metal casting / foundry is preferable, engineering background from reputable university, mechanical industrial engineering, metallurgy, electronic for (MS, QE, PV, DF, PP, PM, CAE and social science for (ME, LS, GA, MRE, ME), S1 pshychology for HRD & S1 Law for LGL
- Exp for Supervisor up to Manager min 5 years & 1-3 years for others
- Computer literate for all positions & understand ISO, Auto Cad, Solid Work, Minitab, Pro Cast is preferable
